What we collect

Only what we need to take and deliver your order:

• Your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you check out.
• Your order history.
• A cart identifier stored in your browser so your bag is still there when you come back.
• Your email address, if you join our email list.

Payments

Payment details are entered on Shopify’s secure checkout and handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store:

• Shopify, which runs our store and checkout.
• Blanka, our manufacturing and fulfilment partner, who makes, packs and ships your order.
• Shipping carriers, who need your address to deliver.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@skinandshade.com. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to how we handle your information.

Emails from us

If you join our email list, we send new routines, launches and offers a few times a year. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as Canadian tax rules require, and delete email-list details when you unsubscribe or ask us to.
